The facilitator guide is designed to accompany the AcademiKit Study Organizer.  Instructors and facilitators may use it to guide, monitor and enhance student use of the AcademiKit.  It includes resources in each of the following sections.

Demonstrate
Use the facilitator guide resources in this section to show students how to use the AcademiKit materials effectively.  It includes specific suggestions for introducing each of the five sections of the AcademiKit: time management, note taking, text reading, test preparation,and course organization.  It also includes supplementary materials such as a sample lecture, textbook page, etc. to give students practice using the AcademiKit effectively.

Monitor
Use the AcademiKit individual development plan sheets included in this section to monitor student use of the AcademiKit and create a plan for continuous improvement.  An AcademiKit enhancement guide is included that connects development plan sheets to enhancement suggestions.

Enhance
Use the suggestions listed in this section to enhance student understanding of AcademiKit materials and offer students additional practice when needed. These enhancement suggestions can also be found online by clicking on facilitator suggestions.
